Terms and Conditions

  • Our rates for receptive tourism are calculated according to Service Exportation Decree Law 919.
  • To apply the Exportation Service rates, the following documents must be produced: copies of the Passport of each passenger, Andean Migration Card with date of entry into the country not longer than 60 days before. In case of non-submission of such documents or non-compliance with the conditions required for the exemption, taxes according to law will be included in the rates.
  • High season bookings will be made at least 20 days in advance.
  • Confirmations of reservations will be made at least 07 days before entering the reservation.
  • Deadline for payment of a reservation: 05 days before the check-in date, otherwise the reservation will be put on waiting list subject to availability.
  • Reservations will be deemed confirmed upon payment of at least 50% of the total amount and reconfirmed upon full payment of the reservation, to our current account to:

  • Registration time (check in) is 13:00 hrs, departure time (check out) is 12:00 hrs. Please contact us should you require an early check in or a late check-out.
  • DAY USE: 50% of the PUBLISHED rate will be applied.
  • NO SHOW se procederá a:

    Low Season: Retention of 100% of the first night.

    High Season: Retention of 100% of the reservation.

  • CANCELLATION OF RESERVATIONS – the following retentions shall apply:

    15 days before check-in date: 20% of the first night.

    7 days before check-in date: 40% of the total of the first night.

    2 days before check-in date: 50% of the total of the first night.

    NOTE: Rates are subject to variation due to governmental increases and other items.

 

Reservation Procedures:

  • Reservations will be request in writing, via fax or Internet. If the request is made by telephone, we will inform you in writing, via fax or Internet, about the booking status, always subject to availability of the dates requested.

  • Each request will be answered through the same via within no more than 24 hours; attached to the request you will find confirmation of the reservation and payment deadline.

  • Information required to make the reservation:

    1. Full name of the guest
    2. Identity Document
    3. Check-in date / check-out date
    4. Type of room requested
    5. Nationality
    6. Flight / Bus number and approximate date of arrival to Huaraz
    7. Additional services (transfers, tours, food; etc.)
    8. Full name of the person making the reservation

  • INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS: from one (1) to three (3) rooms.
  • GROUP RESERVATIONS: not less than four (4) rooms.
  • Passenger list with numbers of passports 15 days before arrival is required.
  • Reservation is guaranteed upon payment in full for the whole group not more than10 days before arrival.
